Hi Andy,
Yes, it's always good to listen to one of the best, and Rich Schefren has certainly earned himself the title of that.
Cheers,
Paul

Hey Paul,

I was on the Rich call as well and the guy was outstanding.

It really is necessary to treat this like a business and get people in to do the areas of the business that you are weak in. Just got to get onto that first step!

Hi Brad,
So true. A business without design can become a chaotic mess after a while. To make the essential planning at the beginning and map out your route will lead to a smooth road to success I believe.
Cheers Brad,
Paul

"Build a business by design" - it sooo important to weeed out wasted time and effort.

If you do a free seminar, It's a waste of your time.
But you do it and save it for a another purpose
....it's by design...
You can save it and re-purpose it for other uses,
promotion, bonuses, and create a product out of it, etc.

Great stuff Paul

Hi Rob,
It's so true, you need to eliminate any weak area's in a business and get people that are strong to fill in. Sounds like you have done that well in the business you mentioned, a very wise lesson to be learned. Really looking forward to hearing more from Rich Schefren, he certainly git my attention in the two hours he spoke with us.
Speak soon Rob
Cheers,
Paul

Paul,

Yep, Loved Rich's call and boy does this guy have some great insight into the world of business.

It brought back memories of the last business I built huge... All I did was spend my time trying to hire out for the weaknesses in our company.

Basically, we determined the skills sets required to take us to the next level, looked at our current weaknesses and then went looking.

It really only took about 10 - 12 people before I started working myself out of needing to be involved heavily in that 7 figure business.

Looking forward to the future.

Cheers,
