If you do a free seminar, It's a waste of your time. But you do it and save it for a another purpose ....it's by design... It brought back memories of the last business I built huge... All I did was spend my time trying to hire out for the weaknesses in our company. Basically, we determined the skills sets required to take us to the next level, looked at our current weaknesses and then went looking.
